  Food is okay. There is always some kind of issue. They dont always follow whats advertised when it comes to deal. Went there an hour before closing and ordered our sandwhiches. They waited till it was time to pay to tell us they had already closed their draw and were only taking card payments. We had wanted to pay in cash.

  I wish I could give negative stars because this place sucks so much. Absolutely and completely botched my order in every way possible. It’s like they read my order and tried to give me the opposite of everything. It’s actually unbelievable. And there’s no way to get a refund, they absolutely understand no circumstance will answer the phone. Worst experience imaginable.

  My sub that was supposed to be toasted was cold, the bacon was gross and not heated at all. The worker was rude as well! I'm that note I'll drive a little further for the subway on Beltline rd, which isn't too much better..

  I'm so disappointed since they hired new employees. They always get my order wrong. I ask for chicken strips, and they always give me roasted chicken instead. I've been going to this store for years, ever since it opened, and I never had this problem until it changed owners and they hired new staff. And that's not even mentioning the time one of the employees was incredibly rude.

  OMG! That subway in Collinsville on the Beltline is the NASTIEST SUBWAY! I haven't been there in a couple years through this pandemic and it will be the absolute last money they get from me. I use to know the owners, they were in the Corvette club that I belong to. Flithy- nasty dirty. Glass was greased from the throwing of the cold cuts against it. RUDE, EMPLOYEES! I FED A $13.00 Sandwich to my trash can. I worked in the meat and poultry for the Federal Government U.S.D.A.. we closed facilities far cleaner than that. WHERE THE HELL IS THE HEALTH DEPT. of Madison County Illinois. Get there and close that Subway down. Apparently the hired help is the bottom of bucket. The one employee was coughing in his sleeve. I should of walked out at that point, but the longer I thought about how Nasty that Subways is, made the determination to throw $13.00 in the trash. WAKE UP OWNERS, VISIT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF! Don't eat there!
