I wished I looked at the reviews before stopping here. Obviously the previous complaints have fallen on deaf ears because nothing has changed since the other customers have complained and this location is beyond filthy. This place is absolutely not what I'd expect from Qdoba. All the tables are nasty, there is new food and old food all over the floors. You can tell this is months and years worth of filth. The lady that appeared to be a manager should not have that position. Not once did she offer to send anyone out to restock or clean. The serving area was an absolute mess. I am surprised someone from corporate hasn't stopped by for a random inspection. There is no way this place should be this filthy. The food isnt what Qdoba standards used to be. The girl making the food slings the ingredients all over the place. She literally forgot I had a quasedilla with my order,, so it was very overdone. Do better or close the doors.

Manager cracking jokes laughing with these kids that he’s supposed to be training. Waiters ten minutes to find out they’re out of what I waiting for but failed to mention they were out of the waited another ten minutes after 8 others were served asked about my DoorDash that I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for after the ready time to find out they still haven’t even started making it!!!!! Thee most ridiculous order pickup I’ve had in my life. Get a freakin clue!

Saw multiple employees touch their clothes and then not change their gloves and well as cold chips, entire back area was disgustingly dirty and food looked old and cold. Besides that service was good and employees were kind.

If I can give this place -5 stars, I absolutely would. I stopped at this Qdoba in Collinsville, IL during a road trip, and this was easily one of the most disgusting restaurant experiences I’ve had. The entire place felt unclean, but the bathroom was absolutely deplorable, filthy, unsanitary, and honestly shocking. Had I gone in there first to wash my hands, I would have immediately walked out and never ordered anything. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the true condition of this location until after I had already purchased my food and was back on the road to Chicago. I ordered three tacos and a surf and turf burrito bowl, and while they were out of shrimp, that wasn’t even the issue, I just got steak instead. The real problem was the quality and cleanliness. The tacos were made with hard, stale tortillas, and there was a noticeable sour, almost rancid smell coming from the food, likely spoiled dairy. I took a few bites before realizing something wasn’t right, and I ended up getting sick later on. For nearly $30, the food was sloppily made and completely unacceptable. I was already too far into my drive to turn around and dispute it, which made it even more frustrating. Between the nasty bathroom, questionable food quality, and getting sick afterward, I would never return to this location under any circumstances. This place seriously needs a health inspection, there’s no way that that bathroom should have looked the way that it did and there’s no way that anyone is using that bathroom; not the employees & definitely not any patron. NO ONE should step foot in that bathroom because you will immediately vomit as soon as you walk in there, it is absolutely downright disgusting!! Qdoba never has to worry about me ever coming back. That is how bad the experience was that I never wanna go back to another one.
