Ingredients were fresh, there just was not enough. The cheese was so scarce that most of it was crust and sauce. Not much sausage on it either. So next time I order probably should triple cheese and sausage to get a decent pizza 🍕 because it looks nothing like the picture they advertised.

Placed my order through mobile app for pickup. Put in that i wanted extra cheese on both pizzas that were on my order. Got home and they both looked like this. Wasn't enough cheese to hide the dough or the sauce under it. Was also disappointed with the preparation of the pizza with how much crust there is. Will have to start checking my orders from now on if this is now the new quality standard. Workers were still pleasant when I went to pick up pizza, just disappointed with those who made the food.

I placed an order for 10 pizzas over the phone at approximately 10:30 a.m. for a lunch meeting scheduled around noon. The individual taking the order appeared to be part of an outsourced call center. The ordering process itself went smoothly, and I was told the order would be ready in about 30 minutes. However, when I arrived roughly 40 minutes after placing the order, I learned there was only one employee working in the store. She explained that because she was alone, an order of that size would likely take an additional 40 minutes or more to complete. Unfortunately, I needed the pizzas for a scheduled meeting and could not wait that long, so I had to quickly make other arrangements and purchase pizzas elsewhere. While I understand that staffing challenges happen and the employee was doing her best, the situation highlighted a disconnect between the outsourced phone ordering system and the actual store capacity to fulfill large orders in the timeframe provided. It ultimately put me in a difficult position when trying to provide lunch for the meeting. Better coordination between phone orders and in-store staffing or order capacity would help avoid situations like this in the future.

We order a pizza on 2/26/26 at 3p. It was absolutely delicious! I didn't eat much but fruit but drank fluids the rest of the day. Mainly water. Friday morning I woke up in pain in my stomach that I will NEVER forget. I had to call in. Had broke out in cold sweats, the room was spinning and so had the runs for the rest of the night and all day Friday. I could go see my Dad on this day for it was his birthday. Until Saturday, I had to call in from work. I was so weak from using the restroom and very dehydrated. By Sunday, I was still a bit dizzy but able to get up and move around. Monday 3/2/26 my friend who I shared the pizza with called to say hello. I ended up telling her I got sick and she said she did too about the same time I did. We talked it back to the pizza we shared and the timing and it had to Papa's. I live this place but sadly. I will never eat there again. SFF

I would buy from Papa Jhons alot but now you want to limit how many toppings. If and when I get Pizza I want lots of toppings and I usually get Wings and sometimes dessert. When you don't limit anymore I will order again. Very Very Upset was customer R Hunter
