Staff called us a liar on the phone “no, we check the temperature of all our chicken” and horrible attitude when my husband brought it back! So disgusting & unprofessional. I ate half of the chicken wing too.. not knowing I could possible catch salmonella!!! This has got to be some kind of health code violation. Oh and they only offered new checking for only the ones that were raw!!!why would anyone want chicken from there again? You served something that could possibly make someone VERY sick. My entire meal should be refunded ** it’s not allowing me to post a picture, but I have plenty!! Straight up raw

I got a 16 piece meal (half lemon pepper and parmesan), fries, and a sandwich. I also asked for blue cheese only. Blue cheese only. I watched a several people give their order to the employee at the register and leave before. I was watching the TV with orders and wait times which is a nice feature to have but also very damaging if you can’t meet the times on the board, the times you have control of. I washed my hands in the bathroom and did notice it looking clean but no paper towels or blow dryer to dry hands with. After waiting well over twenty minutes and watching everybody leave, I moved to the bench in front of the register and watched the boys joking around in the back with each other. More time passed and I finally got my order from one of them. Looks like they started working my order when I sat down on the bench. I asked one of the boys if I got BLUE CHEESE, and he said yes. Ok Kool, I go home and immediately notice the poorly made fries, no seasoning, and soggy. I look at the wings and notice that they are barely seasoned and I have more parmesan than lemon pepper!!! I was not even thinking about writing a review until my family saw that we got ranch! My recommendation is to not go here, they cant cook, clean, count, or understand English apparently. I really hope this place improves. WingStop is a nation wide chain. I also forgot that this location does not give service discount (responder/law enforcement/military).

Seasoning on the wings was not even accurate, and even then it tasted awful. And of course, the order was messed up, no drink, no extra sauce, no cheese fries.

Got 10 free wings as a promo and they gave me all hot sauced wings which barely had sauce on them. They were supposed to be hot honey rub! I wish I knew how to upload pictures. This place has gone way down in quality and customer service. Sad I used to like this location years ago.
