  I come a lot. Had mixed experiences. the manager,who i believe is the GM,is so rude to her employees. They seem like a perfectionist yet it backfires miserably. Its embarrassing and makes me feel uncomfortable and talks to her employees like dogs. Id walk out day 1 and i work in food service so I know And thats the tip of the iceberg. The food can be okay but its usually lacking. Especially when I order extra sauce for an upcharge when I barely get it. Food doesn't taste as fresh or good as other locations like Troy and fairview. I also frequently come back because of my order being completely wrong. They'll remake it, but its just a pain. I will not be coming back to this location. Its really not worth spending more on a order thats usually wrong.

  Came at midnight expecting nothing. I was served food that's fresher than any Taco Bell I've eaten at in the daytime. Absolutely superb.

This restaurant stands head and shoulders above the rest, consistently delivering a superior experience that makes it my personal go-to spot. ​What truly sets this Taco Bell apart is the unwavering consistency and quality of the food. It’s rare to get a fast-food order that is hot, fresh, and meticulously put together, but the Bluff Road team manages it every single time. The lettuce is always crisp, the cheese is melted perfectly on the Crunchwrap Supremes, and the overall preparation is spot-on. They clearly take pride in their product, and it makes a huge difference in how much you enjoy your meal. ​Even more impressive is their speed. We all know that drive-thrus can often be a painful experience, but the efficiency at this location is astonishing. They manage to process high traffic volume without ever letting the quality slip or turning the line into a long wait. I've found this Taco Bell to be notably faster than almost any other one I’ve visited, which is a massive win when you’re craving a quick meal. ​In summary, the Collinsville Bluff Road Taco Bell has mastered the art of fast food. With their reliable, high-quality food and unbeatable efficiency, they deserve all the praise. Highly recommended!

  No hot sauce, no napkins, rude staff. 2nd review: Decided to give them another try 11/15/25. Made another online order. No sauce or napkins again. Why even ask what sauces you want online if you aren't going to put them in the bag?
