Last time I went there I waited at the pickup window for 15 minutes despite the first person that came to the window telling me it would be 1-2 minutes. The first person left and no one else ever came to the window to check. Tonight I went there 30 minutes after ordering (pickup time was 15-25 minutes). I sat at the window over 5 minutes with no one coming to help and when someone did finally come they said they were still prepping my food, after 35 minutes it still wasn’t even prepped. Go somewhere else where you know your food will be fixed and ready when you get there. There is no consistency here.

I had my toddler in the car and I didn’t want to get him out of the car so he wouldn’t get upset. The drive thru window was open and I yelled out hello more than once. An employee saw me through the window while throwing a box towards the door. He did not help me. I continued to wait. I got upset and had to drive all the way around to the parking lot to go inside. As soon as I got inside the guy that I seen was at the drive thru window helping a customer as soon as they pulled up. That customer may have spent more money than I did and that’s why they were valued more I assume. I will not be going back. Why have a drive thru window if nobody is at it? I couldnt 4 employees in that small store. Surely someone knew I was at the window!!!!

The when calling I get told yes we can replace it but it will be another 30 minutes so in total would have been waiting 2 hours for food. They have gone extremely downhill and are not worth the money over all the pizza places around.
