  They delivered our pizza 2 the wrong apartment, we clearly have numbers on each of our apartment doors, know one came and I called, yes I was very upset, my grandkids are hungry now we have to wait an extra 20 minutes because your driver sent it to a different place! I called, I am aloud to be upset when someone delivers our stuff to the wrong place, how is it my fault, they couldn't do anything because the driver went home, so he gets off with a pass, and they got mad at me because either was upset. This is not the first time this has happened either,! Nothing better be wrong with our pizza when it gets here, and I promise this will be the last time we visit this location, DO BETTER!

  My overall favorite pizza place. I love the garlic sauce option in lieu of the standard tomato, especially on the thin crust, although it does soak nicely into the hand-tossed crust as well. Delivery drivers are generally pleasant, and the managers are quick to recognize if a delivery went awry and offer a future replacement coupon. My only complaint is the seem to have trouble with having enough drivers available, but I can always just pick it up if the store calls me to state they have no driver available.

  I just had the worst experience at this location. This is the first time I’ve ever had to wait over an hour for 1 pizza. I placed an order at 7:55 pm. 15 minutes later, I arrive and normally, the pizza would be ready. It’s 8:10 pm at this point and at 8:30 pm, I go inside to check the order. I thought maybe they didn’t tap the button saying the pizza was ready. A man told me that they haven’t started the pizza and it’ll be ready at 8:45 pm. At 8:50 pm, I pull through the drive through and a woman told me that they haven’t started the pizza and it won’t be ready until 9:05 pm. I waited over an hour for a pizza that they didn’t even start. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

  Go anywhere but here. They are constantly understaffed (or that at least is their excuse). Last time I went there I waited at the pickup window for 15 minutes despite the first person that came to the window telling me it would be 1-2 minutes. The first person left and no one else ever came to the window to check. Tonight I went there 30 minutes after ordering (pickup time was 15-25 minutes). I sat at the window over 5 minutes with no one coming to help and when someone did finally come they said they were still prepping my food, after 35 minutes it still wasn’t even prepped. Go somewhere else where you know your food will be fixed and ready when you get there. There is no consistency here.
