  Great experience today! I haven't been to this McDonald's location in a long time. My boyfriend and I stopped in on a Friday evening between 5 and 6 pm. The employees were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever seen at any McDonald's! We didn't wait long at all for our order, that was done perfectly. Then another lady asked how things were and offered a refill on our drinks for us. Very nice ladies working there and great experience today!

  This is the second review we left for this place. The first was about all of their problems I was lately having in at that location all culminating in what was supposed to be two Big Macs, but you would never guess that from the photos. As there is very little choices for breakfast where we live, we stil went back about 3 weeks ago, and the hot sauce packetsfor the breakfast burritos were all brown in color and looked nasty. I tried calling to let them know and nobody answered. Then today we went back agains and 4 of the 5 hot sauce packets I were given were brown. Is management is too cheap to throw it away, so they are risking someone getting food poisoning over profit? I URGE CAUTION to look carefully at the food you get when you go there, especially if you are feeding it to children. Not just the cooked food, but I would make sure you are looking at every thing from the ketchup packets to the ranch dipping sauce. You can see in the pics that their hot sauce is brown. I didn't even know that was possible. Lol

  One star all the way they make you wait forever and always get your order wrong..then you let them know they messed up they try to deny it or blame you lol ..I gave this place quite a few trys and its never been close to getting our order right ...this is the worst McDonald's in the area hands down

  I can’t stand that when you walk inside, no one greets you. If you want to place an order at the register, good luck. If you’re waiting for a mobile order, you will stand there until the food gets cold before someone acknowledges you. You have to get someone’s attention, but when you do they look at you like you’re a bother. Not to mention 85% of the time your food is made wrong or missing items. So silly.

  Besides my snack wrap being a culinary disaster, on my burgers, the beef wasn't just overdone; it was incinerated into a shriveled, gray strip of leather that felt like chewing on a charred radiator hose and that was at least an hour before I was served it. ​Imagine a desert-dry puck, with "Good Year" seasoning, scorched two or three times past the point of being edible, then wrapped in a cold bun. At least when I called and explained it to the manager on duty at the time, she was extremely apologetic, kind and professional. She said it would be put it in the book to replace the order. So I returned about a month later and despite having clear pictures and the prior approval of another manager, the general manager stubbornly refused to honor the credit for my previous order. Her refusal was compounded by a technicality regarding a missing receipt—a receipt that I was never given or offered because the crew directed me to bypass the first window entirely as they most always do. It is incredibly frustrating to encounter such rigid, dismissive leadership, especially when the initial service failure was already acknowledged by the manager on duty at the time. This lack of accountability and basic customer service transformed a simple resolution into an unnecessarily hostile experience. The GM at this McDonald's is unacceptably rude, displaying the most abysmal customer service I have ever seen. Her hostile deamenor and lack of professionalism are far from acceptable. This individual's toxic attitude single-handedly ruins the entire location, turning a routine visit into a completely infuriating experience. I hope the owners can rectify this situation. It was embarrassing to be belittled and told I was only trying to get free food. For a while now, it is common place here that your order is likely to be messed up in some way, cold, or incorrect. However, if you want McDonald's in the area, it is either here or a 40 minute round trip in the opposite direction so often, customers like myself are willing to take the chance. It may be hard to tell what objects are actually shown in the attached photos, but the order and what is in my app says, those are two quarter pounders both ordered with extra pickle, extra onion, and extra lettuce, with no condiments like ketchup, mustard, onion, pickle, etc. were to be removed. IMO, no reason these should have been served. When possible to take your hard earned money elsewhere. I understand it can be hard for some with kids and stuff, but this is inexcusable and would your really feed your kids this? Save your money!
