  Used the app, ordered curbside, sat in my car for at least 15 minutes waiting for someone to bring it out. I eventually get up and go in to see what's going on, and see my order sitting on the counter. I check the tag and see its been sitting there for 20 minutes. Apparently in all that time, nobody noticed the car that's been sitting in the curbside spot for so long, nor the bag of food that's been on the counter for the same amount of time. Worth noting that I specifically come after the lunch rush to avoid busy periods and get out quicker, so being busy isn't a factor. The food's whatever. It's McDonald's. More lukewarm than usual. Fries were cold, ice was melted, almost like it had been sitting out for 20 minutes. Attached a screenshot to verify I didn't hit the wrong button by mistake on checkout. Nobody was at the register, so I tried getting the attention of an employee walking by. I say I've been waiting in my car for 15 minutes, they just say Okay and walk away. Honestly, nothing against that employee, they've got their own job to do at that moment, I get it. But nobody at all noticed what was wrong, and there was nobody to speak to, seriously infuriating.

  Went in this morning to get my bf and i a snack. Put my order in. I could hear the workers in the back bad mouthing my order. Complaining about it. I have issues with food n can't have certain things. That really upset me.

  Always a good experience, this time. I ordered a Big Mac knowing that the Big Macs from McDonald's anywhere have gone downhill, but I was hungry for one, this one was actually extremely fresh and tasted better than they have in a long time. Got through the drive-thru line very quickly and the staff was very positive!
