  I had a very disappointing experience at Dairy Queen today. While I was at the first window paying, I could clearly see the employee at the second window already holding my ice cream, prepared to hand it to me. However, when I pulled up, her demeanor completely changed. She stepped back, had a visible attitude, and appeared irritated. When she finally handed me my ice cream, she did not greet me or say anything at all. I asked for a lid, and although she did give it to me, her tone and overall attitude were very rude and unwelcoming. What made the experience worse is that I felt judged. My daughter’s car seat was turned while we were in line.. I use a rotating car seat specifically designed to turn (grace turn2me). Since I was in line I turned her car seat so she could see me. It felt like the employee made an assumption about my parenting, as if I wasn’t using the car seat correctly, which was both unnecessary and uncomfortable. Customer service should feel respectful and neutral at the very least. Unfortunately, this interaction felt cold, judgmental, and unprofessional, and it left a negative impression. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience stood out enough that I felt it needed to be shared.

  This was a shockingly nice trip to dairy queen. Clean shop and bathroom and the food was fresh and made well. The employees were kind.

  Very clean, inviting, and comfortable store. Great variety. Hot, fresh, and delicious food that looks as and taste better than advertised served up in family atmosphere. Prices were great as were portions. Excellent value. Staff was excellent and very personable. From the ice cream to the burgers no complaints. Would highly recommend. Thanks to them all. May God richly bless them.
