Just want to share my update today of what happened at Wendy’s located in Cicero Illinois. The employees was very rude and disrespectful. They were going back-and-forth arguing and cursing in front of children. I paid for my order off my debit card. My order didn’t come up in their system and they were arguing back-and-forth with me about the order. One of the managers they say her name is Natalie, but she had a badge on Saying LUZ was very rude and disrespectful. It took me over 30 minutes to get my order as I waited for them to do everyone else order but had already had my money. This whole entire experience was terrible and I would never recommend anyone there and we’ll be going to the Better Business Bureau and reaching out to corporate

Always slow. They always let one car at a time on the drive thru, once you get to the window they tell u can you reverse behind the pole. They worry more on stopping the drive thru time than customer service

I will never return. I went to the Wendy’s on Western and their AI machine wasn’t working and could not take orders so I come to this location. AI takes my order. I wait in the drive-through line only for the lady at the window to tell me they’re out of salads. Why didn’t AI tell me that get rid of AI .
