I was on my way to this location and did an online order while driving ( I know shame on me) . I messed up with what I wanted and the young lady was quick to handle the situation with I thought I was missing but it was my mistake and she didn’t hesitate to fix it !!! I am grateful for her and unfortunately didn’t catch her name !! 11/21 evening time ! I did an online pick up and know she had long brown hair!! Please give her recognition!! I’m upset I didn’t get her name !!

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lively, and my wife and I enjoyed our meal. I finished my French fries and jokingly told my wife I’d ask for a refill—just a little human experiment to see how it would go. As expected, several employees politely declined, which I completely understand since refills on fries aren’t a thing. But I want to highlight one employee in particular: Rosa L. She went above and beyond, treated me with kindness, and even checked with her coworker to see if they could help. Even though the answer was still no, her attitude and effort really stood out. Great food, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service—especially from Rosa L. Portillo’s on Cicero Ave is definitely worth the visit
