  First time at JJ and I have to say the food was delicious! But the staff at this location were very rude. Girl with the glasses at the counter taking our order was rolling her eyes and acting like we were wasting her time. I would come back to JJ but not at this location.

  Ordered online for pickup on my lunch break. Got there and the sandwich was not ready. When I finally received the sandwich and got back to work, all I received was bread and vegetables with no meat. Very confused how that is the case considering the order was placed online. I immediately call the store to tell them and I asked the person that answered if they needed my name and order number and he said no and said that he would issue a refund. Now how he would know which order was mine already told me that I would not get my money back and to this day I am still waiting. I will never purchase again as this is the second time I had this issue.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are very unprofessional. I asked them a simple question and the manager came out from the back and said “we aren’t dealing with this we’re just here to make sandwiches” so freaking rude. Didn’t even know the customer service number. You guys suck $2 extra to toast my sandwich then you took roast beef off my sandwich and didn’t replace the meat with turkey when I’m allergic to roast beef and you said it’s an up charge. You guys are going to end up in a law suit. Figure it out asap

  ROXANNE! ROXANNE! ROXANNE! Horrible manager! Horrible manager! She does not need to work in customer service. If a customer is upset about a sandwich not being made right, then make it right. Don’t get an attitude back and act like I’m inconveniencing you! I asked for her name and she gives me her name and then states, “I’m the manager!” I don’t care who you are or what your position is. Be respectful! Respect doesn’t have a title or position! She needs to get demoted! Horrible representation of this company! 💯💯💯
