- RBRicky Barker2 days ago1.0I would give this place a negative 10 if I was able to go any lower than one star you can never purchase food or drinks and sit inside and enjoy your meal because the workers at this establishment allow people to just congregate inside the dining area they don't purchase no products and very obnoxious the same group of people every day me and my significant other have been coming here for the past 6 months and yet to be able to sit down and enjoy our coffee and donut. Continuously everyday it's the same group of individuals that spend their entire day sitting in this establishment not purchasing nothing they are so loud and obnoxious you can't even hear it's a place your order properly I have brought this issue to the manager multiple times and was ignored about my concerns about why I spend over $20 a day and cannot sit down and enjoy my food

I went inside to speak with the staff at the front counter (on 10/24/25 at 7:26am), but they treated me as if I was being dishonest. There was no apology, and the service was quite rude overall. I used to visit this Dunkin almost every morning, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

- JJJosé Manuel JimenezAug 30, 20251.0I like Dunkin' coffee, on my way to work I stopped at this branch and ordered my coffee as usual, large, BLACK 5 sugar, I drove to my destination and when I opened it to start enjoying it, surprise, instead of sugar they put cream, I am very upset, I only ask your manager to pay attention to how they are serving their customers, you have already ruined my entire day and I will never buy from you again and every time I pass by your store I will remember that once you gave me my wrong coffee.
