I ordered a medium matcha with no ice and the cup was only half full. That could have told me they needed to add some ice. Another time I asked for oat milk and they gave me whole milk. I’m lactose intolerant! Then I ordered another matcha with easy ice and they gave me lots of ice. From now on I’ll make the trip to another Dunkin.
