- EHEstefani HernandezNov 1, 20251.0I come here all the time but I’ll be going to a different location since it’s been now 3 times that my drink has a fly in it which is disgusting and doesn’t make sense how workers don’t notice it I understand being busy but it’s just unsanitary and having to drive back to get my drink made again because they don’t want to do refunds is annoying but most importantly a waste of time, they also have poor management so just check your drinks before leaving to save your time.

I ordered a medium matcha with no ice and the cup was only half full. That could have told me they needed to add some ice. Another time I asked for oat milk and they gave me whole milk. I’m lactose intolerant! Then I ordered another matcha with easy ice and they gave me lots of ice. From now on I’ll make the trip to another Dunkin.
