- JMJossue Munoz4 days ago4.0Have loved Chick-fil-A but found I haven't tried this location too many times since it opened. I think the odd parking and drive thru layout doesn't help, but the staff is genuinely helpful and the food was good. An annoyance of coming to this location, just so you're prepared, is that when staff isn't outside taking your order, and you have to use the mic, it's hard to hear the staff because of the road noise from Cicero Ave. Seems like something so trivial, but can make ordering a bit difficult. This is not a deal breaker, just something the location staff and you can take into account when ordering. Otherwise, glad to have this business close by. Don't let 1 star reviews sway you from stopping in.
