However, the experience was really hurt by the manager’s behavior. He was yelling at the girl working the drive-thru, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional to witness. No employee deserves to be treated like that in front of customers. Food was solid, but management seriously needs to do better.
- MAMandie AmannDec 16, 20252.0Couldn't hear over speaker repeated order 3 xs and finally spoke loudly so they could hear and one of the " managers " had the worst attitude when I got to window.Proceeded to count down the issues to me like I'm a child , trying to act "tough" at the window basically threw my food at me shut window in my face and I waited til opened back up and asked for the owners number which she couldn't give me she says so told her I'd go to Benton to complain.Slammed window shut again ..The shittiest attitude !
