  Stopped by McDonald's in Chillicothe, IL — honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s! 🙌 Super friendly staff 😊, everything was very clean 🧼✨, service was fast, and the food was fresh and hot 🍔🔥 Definitely coming back again!! 💯

  Absolutely terrible service. While wanting for our food, we had to listen to music coming from the kitchen, that was extremely inappropriate for the work place. I understand being able to have a laid back enjoyed work environment, but come on. We waited for 20mins just to get drink cups. Which we only got after being ignored for 5 different employees. One stating " He didn't work the counter and therefore couldn't help us." We waited 10 more mins for our food, to find out they left out have of our food. On top of everything one the the male employees repeatedly pulled his pants up with his gloves on and continued to touch customers food. Absolutely terrible experience.

  One of the worst McDonald’s ever they knowingly know their app has not worked for more than three weeks then you go through their drive-through or go in and they can’t get your order right I don’t even understand why this place is still there. The new owners were supposed to do better than the old owners and still have not. you can always tell an unsanitary restaurant by the amount of black grease coming out of the entrance and exit doors and this one has it
