  One of the worst McDonald’s ever they knowingly know their app has not worked for more than three weeks then you go through their drive-through or go in and they can’t get your order right I don’t even understand why this place is still there. The new owners were supposed to do better than the old owners and still have not. you can always tell an unsanitary restaurant by the amount of black grease coming out of the entrance and exit doors and this one has it

  Consistently bad food and service. Just went there. They didn’t have round egg so went with the sub folded egg. They forgot the Canadian bacon and I can hear the dude complaining in the back that I asked for the Canadian bacon. Not smart enough to make an egg sandwich. It’s embarrassing how terrible this place is.

  So went there tonight to get food. Ordered sat at the window where you pay for over 10 min this girl kept taking orders. So when she had her line so backed up where she couldn't take orders anymore we still kept sitting. She leaves her station was gone for a bit. Comes back drinks her drinks keeps looking walking around finally over 10 min she comes to window like yes can I help you I said ya im just wondering if you can explain why we sitting out here for over ten min to pay you. She didn't answer went um what dod u order very rude. I said are you serious she slammed that window hard as she could cussing. I drove off didnt even pay for food went around in building talked to the shift manager in duty the worst customer experience from there I have ever received. I will be going back in morning talking to higher up management and calling corporate.

  Stay away! Do not go to this restaurant! Try to find somewhere else to go or go to a different McDonald’s! This place has had problems for years and nothing‘s ever been done! So reluctantly I went to McDonald’s this morning to get a big breakfast with hotcakes and I paid for my meal and when I got the sack, it felt kind of light so I pulled up and looked in there and of course the hotcakes are not with the meal and keep in mind. I got it with bacon instead of sausage so I get back to the vehicle with my pancakes after waiting 10 minutes and my other food is pretty much cold and I get home and open up my meal and there is sausage in there! I was just done with them, instead of going back, I just can’t even be around that place. It makes me so upset! This place has had bad management and very poor employees, not all of them, but there must be some serious miscommunication, or no one’s reading the menu screen correctly, also a note on the inside of the store, it is completely cold and not friendly with the new design they have behind the cast registers is absolutely terrible, McDonald’s has gone to hell!

  I have an extremely hard time at this McDonald’s getting decent chicken nuggets. I came in tonight at about 10:40 PM. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget. When I got to the window, I checked my order and I asked the employee how long ago the Nuggets were made because they felt pretty cold and rubbery. He stated they were just made. I drove away and then tried one. They are old. I then pulled back through and asked for a new set to be put down because they were old. I waited about two minutes and they brought me another bag, the same kind of chicken nuggets. They did not put a new fresh order down. We pay good money for this food these days. If a customer is asking for them to be made fresh, that should not be an issue. Close to closing time or not, we still deserve the food that we pay for. 20 minutes is still quite a ways from being closed. The employee that I spoke with first was Lucas. Him, knowing that I came around a second time he should’ve personally made sure that those were taken care of. He was the One who handed me the bag the second time as well. That is what I asked his name. Your phone number online is also incorrect. I have tried to call in the past and the employee stated that it is an old number. That needs updated. I am extremely disappointed in this McDonald’s. I as well as a lot of other people in the community have continuous problems with your food being fresh. Please get this fixed!!
