  Was not satisfied with the service here. The cash register lady had Michael coarse glasses, was giving attitude for no reason. I literally just wanted to swap a meal for another item and she got irritated. Mind you there was no people.

  This location has slow service and is kind of isolated from the main mall area. The food was average but the quality of Wendy's food has gone done. The burgers are not as good as they used to be, they are smaller a d leas flavorinng, and most are pre-cooked,.and diffintly NOT FRESH.as advertised. The employees here seems unmotivated to work or have customers come in, and d seemed annoyed when customers come into the dining room. Not recommend for good service ot fresh food.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand it can be busy and stressful, but this interaction just didn’t sit right with me. I stopped by around 8:30 PM last night and asked a simple question about whether the burger had onions because I’m allergic. The employee responded with, “It’s a burger, it comes with everything,” in a tone that felt pretty dismissive. I just needed to know what was on it, and instead of a straightforward answer, she repeated herself with more attitude. When I pulled up to the window, she didn’t greet me or confirm anything — just held her hand out for payment without saying a word. I even tried to make small talk at the speaker about the weather (I was in a good mood!), but that was ignored too. What was most frustrating is that my burger ended up having onions on it anyway, so I couldn’t eat it. I try to be understanding because I’ve been on the other side of the counter, but allergies are important and customer service matters.
