The workers always seem like it's their first day on earth and have poor attitudes. My order always has the wrong sauces and every time I get a double stack there's exactly one onion on it. I made a mobile order and went through the drive-thru and they said they couldn't find my order so to pull forward. I proceeded to sit there for 10mins with no one coming out. I went inside and was ignored. Just be prepared to be disappointed. At least they have a coke freestyle machine.

I’ve been 4-5 times at all times of days (5:30am, 11am, 2pm, etc…) - I have experienced 12-15 minute delays every time (20min on one occasion. The staff, visibly, appears slow. Thank God they don’t work in the ER, because we’d all be dead. There is no urgency. No apparent leadership. No standards. In contrast to its peers, this Wendy’s is comatose.
