  Legitimately don’t know what’s going on, but this location is consistently the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Terrible service, the staff are rude, the food is never properly prepared, they have a pick up shelf that they just refuse to use. This list could go on. Good luck trying to pick up food from the counter at this location. However I will say, they treat the local homeless people with kindness and give them a warm place to take some shelter in the winter.

  Nothing spices up your appetite like watching the cashier pick her nose before handling orders. Truly unforgettable.

  If I could leave zero stars i would. I ordered for my overnight shift around 1:40 am I ordered a burger deal or wtv and I got spicy nugs w a frosty no big deal right? I guess not cause I couldn't even get my burger. No burger w cold ahh fries and not even a full four nuggets. The fries also looked like they had gotten thrown in the bag. Would love to speak to someone but I guess not cause an hour later at 2:40 while typing nobody wants to pick up the phone.. I guess ill be over there in the morning after my shift to get my money back.

  Great comedy spot. The improv shows are hilarious and the room is small enough that you feel part of the show. They also offer classes and workshops if you want to try improv yourself. Really fun night out.

  My girlfriend's food was okay, I was going to get something, but the customer service made me change my mind; the resturaunt interrior was pretty empty because they'd rather have AI customer service. Businesses like this are taking jobs away from people, removing traffic from local resturaunts, and damaging communities in a historical city over hiring a full team. It isn't just a competitive business, it is a destructive one. I used to like Wendy's too, I thought it was just one location which was doing this, turns out it is the entire company. Shame on the workers here and shame on the entire business. I love Chicago. As a veteran, I'll go to Culver's instead; atleast there they support communities, hire a ton of people, are nonpartisan, and support DEI. I'd contact a Wendy's customer service representative, but that is automated too. Dont support trashy companies like this; like it or not: if you do you're the issue in this country.
