  Never had a problem with their service but their food is a different story. I ordered a chicken sandwich and tenders and the meat was old and chewy. I couldn't even bite through it because of how gummy and chewy it was. It was disgusting. And the fries were old and stale. I know this is a fast food joint that serves junk food but come on at least make it edible junk food!

  Food is always cold, customer service can be better. Never gives out any receipts at all. just ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger and they forgot the bacon, burger patty was cold as well. Tried to call in but they dont answer the phone even if they are slow.

  Night time manager doesn’t care about customers or serving fresh or hot food. Every single time he is there the fries are old and cold and he’s gotten the order wrong a couple times. We come at night every so often when in a rush and coming home from work. So having to drive all the way back for an incorrect order is a huge pain. Just can’t believe he doesn’t make an effort to at least make sure the food is hot and correct.

  I tried reaching out to corporate but I’ve gotten nothing back so now I’m leaving this here as a heads up. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and the lack of response afterward. On January 14th at 12:24 a.m., I was served a raw chicken sandwich from this Wendy’s location. This is a serious food safety issue that could have made me very sick. I tried reaching out to Wendy’s to report what happened and give them the opportunity to address the situation, but I have not received any response at all. The lack of follow-up is just as concerning as the incident itself.
