  The food is so bland here, from the meat to the dressings. The quintessential definition of overpriced and under seasoned. Plz save yourself 15-20$ and go elsewhere

  I tried Vitasana by accident when the uber let me off at the wrong place. I thought the food hall looked promising and gave it a try. I liked the offerings at Vitasana and went for the lamb wrap. The flavors all worked together well. I loved the greens it too. It was a nice balance of ingredients. The person at the counter was really helpful and took a lot of care making the wrap. It was a very happy accident.

  I genuinely am thrown by the bad reviews here. I visited on a Friday afternoon and the salad (I chose my own) was perfect, tasty and filling. The young lady who served me (name completely avoids me at the moment, Shy?) could not have been nicer - I am hard of hearing and she helped me all the way through the selection process. The food court itself was great. There was a good atmosphere going on. A few empty parts, but hopefully they will be filled soon. For a healthier option in Chicago, I couldn't have asked for more 😊

  I was really disappointed with Vitasana. The food was terrible — bland, cold, chicken fajitas was just insanely bad and definitely not fresh, rice was cold as well. I had high hopes, but I wouldn’t come back or recommend it.
