  Stopped her for dinner last week. So glad. First, the owner Dave couldn't have been friendlier. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The service was very efficient. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend this place.

  I ordered from viaggio on Sunday night and the order never arrived. I called the restaurant and they told me they would personally handle this and make sure that I would get a refund. it is now Wednesday, the bill has posted. I tried calling the restaurant regarding the issue and the rudest woman answered the phone, told me that they're very busy right now and that the manager will call. They've told me that for days now and this is also an important issue as I paid over $100. the hospitality I received just now was horrendous. the fact that I have to call multiple days just to make sure they issue a refund when it should have been done the say off is crazy.

  We had a lot of carry outs and loved the food! We finally went to dine in and had an incredible meal but was soured by the fact they with many other restaurants add a bogus surprised surcharge to all checks. I asked immediately for them to take it off and gave a sorry excuse. They took it off and everyone should be requesting this at any restaurants in Chicago. This malpractice and these restaurants need to be shamed for these blind fees to their customers. Honestly won't come back or support this until they take these off. Customers beware.

  Very intimate space, the staff was very delightful and the food was so fresh and delicious my shirt ate some as well. I recommend have the Bolognese pasta and chocolate lava cake after! Its huge but the size matches the level of taste

  WOW WOW WOW! We planned this trip around coming to Viaggio’s. I’ve been dying to try the place out so flew all the way from Texas and it did NOT disappoint! This was the BEST Italian food we have ever had! Everything we tried was INCREDIBLE! Dave is such a wonderful down to earth human! He is amazing and if anyone deserves business it is Viaggio’s! We can’t wait to come back! This was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip! Thank you so much for the hospitality 🫶🏻🩷
