  The staff was welcoming, we bought four Smoothies to go. The flavors were list in the ice, I hope they use more ingredients and less ice.

  2 weeks in a row I have gone here for a late night snack for my daughter after training and 2 weeks in a row I've received poop customer service. Last week, the girl had an attitude and seemed as if she was annoyed I was there at 830, even though they close at 9. No thank you, no smiles, nothing positive on the girl's part. I'm not expecting the world, but I said thank you multiple times and was met with silence. Today I go there and the girl was more pleasant while taking the order but that didnt take much after last week's attitude, but at least it was better. However, the girl took my order wrong. I ordered a Bahama mama bowl and then another Bahama bowl with Nutella. She confirmed my order and said a Bahama mama. I said my order again and she confirmed what I thought I had said. Paid. Get my receipt. And walk to the counter to pick up my order when it was ready. The smoothie came out first. I didnt order a smoothie. I tell the girl I ordered bowls and she said, "yes it's coming." I didnt think anything of it because I see the other girl making 2 bowls. So I think ok... whats happening because I didnt order this smoothie so why is it here? The girl finishes and brings over 1 bowl. I tell her that my order is wrong and I ordered 2 bowls. 1 with Nutella and 1 without. She grabs the smoothie, thens around, walks away. No apology, no taking ownership of their mistake. Makes my bowl, brings it over and just puts it on the counter and starts to walk away. I say thank you, because that's who I am, and she then says, you're welcome, which I did appreciate. But it took my saying thank you before I got any youre welcomes. In 2 visits. Just poor customer service in both visit. Terrible.

  The girls were so nice and welcoming. Clean, organized, efficient, and fast. This location is by far better than the others, come to this tropical smoothie for excellent drinks and staff

  The little boy with glasses was very helpful even recommending me a smoothie of his liking/Choice: he was very friendly and even gave me a warm welcome and good bye.
