This is the absolute worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever experienced. Anytime I’ve ordered here it takes forever for orders to be ready no matter the time of day.

Its a slow night here, almost no one here. It’s now 25 minutes since I ordered, and waiting. Where is the manager?

The food is about what you can expect from Taco Bell, but that's the only positive you can give this place. No heating in the restaurant, so it's barely warmer than it is outside (low 30s as of writing this review). I ask to use the bathroom after finishing my meal and the person I spoke to rudely implied that I hadn't ordered a meal earlier. I think his words were "How about you order something first?" I'm not expecting much customer service from a fast food joint, but it's another thing to have some employee act hostile and condescending on a simple request from a paying customer. I know there are other people that would love a stable job, so how about the management do some house cleaning and fire these kinds of unprofessional people. I'll take my business elsewhere and reccomend that people avoid dining in at this location.

Genuinely dont know how this place is still open. The order took 30 minutes for 1 meal, none of the fountain drinks were working and no one works the cash register. You can tell none of the employees care. When I did get the food, the taco was broken with a sorry portion of meat and the chalupas were not even fried. Just looking around you can tell other people look disappointed with the service and food there, the vibes are all off. At LEAST the kitchen and food didnt seem like a safety hazard, but the shop overall is just pretty sticky/unkempt.
Even if you are craving taco bell, do not go to this location. This is my second time here and it only got worse.

I had a very bad experience at Taco Bell. The service was terrible and we waited a very long time for our food. The restaurant was very dirty and unpleasant. There were some drug addicts and homeless people inside, which made the place feel uncomfortable.
The employee at the counter was busy talking with them for a long time, and because of that our order took even longer to come out. When we finally got the food, it was not tasty at all. Overall, the place felt unclean, the service was slow, and the food quality was poor. I would not recommend this location.
