  i have recieved a few of the new 2026 "it's on our tab. taco bell taco tab" pink and purple cards to use for "your choice of any taco" from my local taco bell. on the card it literally states, "redeem by using the code below on the taco bell app, website, OR PRESENTING THIS CARD AT CHECKOUT". "if redeeming at the resturant, please present and surrender coupon when ordering". i have used a couple of these cards in the past with no issues whatsoever here, but today was different. whoever the young girl is that was running your drive thru at 4:55pm on 3/09/2026 told me "next time you have to redeem it through the app", which a manager with white hair told her to tell me. when i stated it says on the card i can present it to you at checkout and give it to her, she attitudely told me that it has to be on the app. i currently do not own a phone, i wish that was a lie but it's not. i need it repaired. i can't use the app right now. so what now i can't use the rest of the cards i have?? i know this is not accurate, as the card says otherwise! please tell your employees that they can be redeemed in resturant. i am so unhappy with today. my local taco bell has the same district manager.

  Placed an online order 11/8/2025 @ 4:56 p.m. 5 food items. Order was ready when i arrived. Order was accurate as ordered with everything in bag. Unfortunately, the cantina chicken crisp tacos were NOT very enjoyable at all. Either the tortillas were (over-fried) or they were STALE as they tasted very...."GREASY" and/or "oily". This is too bad because i have been enjoying the cantina items recently but just not today. I must say too...that the chicken filling inside the tacos was not the same great tasting meat mixture I have been used to enjoying in these particular tacos. I might suggest... the restaurant check the freshness of their taco shells...or watch the amount of grease/oil used in preparation of their food items. I also tried the new flamin hot burrito...which was actually very tasty. Im not usually one to complain..but i wanted to let the restaurant know..so they could do better for next time...so I can continue to enjoy my local Taco Bell. Thank you for yout time.
