  I've been frequenting this Taco Bell since it opened, and I've noticed lately their food quality is definetly dropping. Tonight I ordered at 10:07 and didn't get my food till like 11:15, and when I received my food it was completely wrong, I ordered a steak quesadilla and got chicken, and my burrito had sour cream. I was very disappointed by the service and have noticed it is declining rapidly

  Twas upon a midnight weary, Mine dearest beloved agitated, hungry. I searched mine mind for ideas with worry. I begged her for mercy, pleaded 'I'm sorry.' She clutched her fist, and clenched her teeth. And behold Taco Bell presented it's tortilla wrapped beef. Our night was saved our mood relieved. And wonderful and polite service bequeathed. Let it be known this delightful day, That taco bell is here to stay! Praise God and Amen.

  Ordered food through Uber Eats. 3 cheesey rollups add potatoes, an order of the new dessert empanadas, and a dirty Baja. The cheesey rollups were not cooked at all. Paid extra for potatoes 2 didn’t have any and one had 2 nasty crunchy potatoes. The empanadas were blown out in the bag and the drink was absolutely ruined. Working for the Yum corporation years ago I understand the health standards, the left the potatoes in the heater way longer than they should’ve and instead of taking the 2ish minutes to cook fresh ones they just said screw it and threw in the old ones. Like I said I paid for all 3 to have potatoes not just one. So actually they essentially robbed me of my money. A waste on food especially in this economy is an absolute travesty. IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB FIND ANOTHER JOB. This job is literally not rocket science, it just boils down to lazy workers who aren’t actually proud of the product they serve and trust me that starts with management down.

  This Taco Bell saved me from chronic scrolling, gave him hope, and continues to call this yearning white boy's heart even if he wander far from Chicago, he will always have a bit of him here. In the words of Djo, "you can take the man out of the [777 N LaSalle Dr Taco Bell], but not the [777 N LaSalle Dr Taco Bell] out the man"

  I recently returned to Chicago from a trip to Mount Athos in Greece, where I lived in monasteries for about half a week. But even in the transcendent serenity of that place, I still craved the Taco Bell at 777 N LaSalle Drive, with its wonderful food, atmosphere, and service. I am currently in the middle of eating a Mobile App Exclusive Build Your Own Luxe Cravings Box, and I just had to put down my food to write this review and express my appreciation. Thank you Taco Bell!
