  I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews about food service workers, but after reading other reviews and having this experience myself, it seems like this may be an ongoing issue. I visited this Taco Bell on 4/10/2026 around 8 PM, and the service was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, there was no greeting at all.. no “hello” or even basic customer service, just a very rude tone. When I got to the window, it only got worse. The employee didn’t greet me, didn’t make eye contact, and handed me my order without saying a single word. I could also hear her speaking negatively about me to a coworker, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. On top of that, I wasn’t asked if I wanted any sauce, and the food was carelessly put together. Everything was just thrown into a bag, and the chips were spilled all over inside. What’s frustrating is that the lunch shift employees at this location are usually friendly and provide great service, so the difference is very noticeable. I understand everyone has bad days, but this felt beyond that. I hope management addresses the consistent attitude issues mentioned in other reviews, because it really impacts the customer experience. I asked if she was ok and that she needs to work on her customer service skills and she replied “ITS JUST TWO PEOPLE WORKING. We’re busy” and pointed to the other rude girl. They both came to the window and started saying stuff to me but I couldn’t even hear them because they were talking over each other. Im gonna post a picture of what “busy” looked like when I was there and pulled off. One person inside. Regardless, you work in the food industry and should be polite no matter what.

  When I arrived here it was packed, but max got me my food super fast, then I had something missing, he got it to me super quick and re assured me. Great guy, awesome place would come again.

  This Taco Bell location is really good in my opinion. The food is prepared fast and it’s as fresh as it gets for fast food. The service here is outstanding. I really felt like others should know that this Taco Bell has a great atmosphere and take care of its customers especially that kid Max. He was really helpful helping me decide what food I should try.
