  I love everything about this place. The classic hip hop and R&B, the lowkey vibe, the incredible service. Its awesome. Tashon in particular was a pleasure. I've been here multiple times, and each and every time, he lights up the room with his magnetic, bright energy. Highly recommend taking a stop by here.

  Outstanding experience from start to finish. The quality of fresh ingredients at this price point is truly unmatched in the city — exceptional value without compromise. Having direct feedback from the chefs on what’s being served was a wonderful personal touch. Skye and Jackie were gems making me feel right at home. Will be back!

  The Sushi by Bou location at Fulton Market may be small, but the staff here have big energy! My boyfriend and I were welcomed by Tashon, Skye and Chef Jens who treated us to fun conversation and attentive service. The specialty drinks were really fun and taste great. The "Hollow Purple" was one of our favorites of the night. The sushi was also delicious and fresh, and any questions we had about the ingredients or preparation were happily answered. Overall an amazing experience for date night!

  Love love loveeeeeee I love this place. Every time I come here everyone is always warm and welcoming. The last time I was in, was last Sunday. I must say… EVERYTHING was amazing 🤩 Jackie was taking care of us, her intensiveness yet focus on everything else was incredible. This style of sushi was soooo good. The drinks were delicious, bold and balanced. Thank you, you’re the best Jackie. I wanted this moment to be very special for my partner and I. It was exactly THAT. I will most definitely be back and probably sooner than later. ❤️❤️🤗

  It was my first time experiencing this style of sushi and it didn't disappoint in any aspect! I had the standard course with the 12 pieces and I gotta say every piece from the hamachi, to the unagi had unique and wonderful flavors. My favorite had to be the miso cod! The tofu puree elevated to heights i didn't know tofu could even do, chef Jens will be my go to chef for next time. The service from Tashon, and Skye was absolutely remarkable as well! I ended up drinking the yuzu honeybee and it might have been the best drink I ever experienced!! If you love a hip-hop speakeasy with good company and amazing sushi you should absolutely check out sushi by bou in the Fulton market area.
