  Made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:50 i walk in at 6 and the guy is standing around doing nothing i ask for the pickup. He hasn't even started it. What's the point of ordering in advance if your not gonna make it. The store was completely empty

  Bad experience. I ordered the 2 for $12 footlong sub special on Sunday night; I ordered two footlong Turkey Italiano’s. I went in and the employee was on his phone and struggled to take my order as he was having his own private conversation. When it was time to pay he wanted to charge me $16 saying what I order was not in the computer system so by default I had to be charged extra for my “additional toping.” I told him I would not pay more than $12 for the sandwiches as I should not be over charged extra because he can’t find a sandwich in their system. After arguing for about 10 minutes he then proceeded to cuss at me and take my picture telling me I can’t come back. With service like that I definitely won’t, I’ll be contacting corporate.

  Friendly regular workers. The night shift employee does his job, however I wish they seemed happier.
