  This is absolutely infuriating! I had one of the worst experiences ever at Subway. I placed an order through Uber, and then some Subway employee had the audacity to ask the Uber driver to tell me to cancel my order because they didn’t have the specific item. Now, I’m stuck with a $14 cancellation fee! They don’t even give a damn about the Uber drivers who are wasting their time and gas coming over for a pickup that won’t happen. And to top it all off, they’re not even answering my phone calls! This is completely unacceptable!

  My mom forgot to say she wanted the bread toasted so the guy that worked there went off on her and started screaming about how she should have let him know sooner and then when she got mad at the loud volume of HIS voice and how HE was speaking to her he kept asking her why she wasn't beimg happier and nicer to him. Odd experience and strange male workers are going to keep us from going to this subway forever. I don't want to be yelled at for forgetting I wanted mayo or for calling out a double charge or something.
