- FFFatima Fernandez5 days ago1.0I had placed a mobile pickup order, Upon arrival to pick up my order. They claimed that my order wasn’t there.. it took them like 5 minutes to realize that someone else had actually picked it up “under the same name” which made no sense to me. they even showed camera footage of the said person who picked up my order. They keep their pickup orders behind the counter so it’s not easily accessible for anyone to take. So clearly they’re not checking receipts or proof of order confirmations. It also could’ve been a mistake, but the way they couldn’t even remake my order still after THEY gave my order to the wrong person, even chipotle or other chain restaurants that leave their pickup orders out in the open will remake your order if someone else takes it.
