After transaction order was awaiting a response for pickup but 15 minutes later I was still awaiting pickup time. So I refresh the subway app on the same page and the app crashed. I went to the location I ordered from: no refund and no food pickup. The supervisor claimed they did not receive an order from me. I tried contacting customer service for help and was unable to get help even though I provided proof and so forth... I'm really disappointed. Where is my refund????
