  I tried to order a sandwich on the app 4 times and the app charged me each time but the store claimed they never got my order. Even when I showed them I was charged and the order on my app they refused to make my order and I left hungry and frustrated. What a waste of my time to come all the way down to pick up an order only to be refused service and provided no solution or how I should fix it. The employees there petty much shrugged their shoulders and told me I was out of luck unless they got the order. Now I have to call subway and figure out how to be refunded for all these charges. Hungry, annoyed, and finding it impossible to be a customer of subway.

  I am unfortunately very familiar with educating businesses about service dog laws, and I typically handle those conversations calmly. What I cannot tolerate is being yelled at and threatened in public. Today I entered this location with my service dog, who was sitting quietly and behaving appropriately. I was asked to provide a “service dog ID.” I politely explained that under federal law (ADA), there is no official service dog ID and businesses may only ask limited verification questions. Instead of handling the situation professionally, two employees began raising their voices. One loudly stated that if my dog bit someone, I would owe the store “one million dollars,” despite my dog remaining calm and not causing any disruption. The interaction was hostile, unnecessary, and embarrassing. I chose to leave rather than continue being spoken to that way. If this is how customers are treated over a simple misunderstanding, I cannot feel comfortable spending my money here. I will be canceling my workplace catering orders and ending any future business with this location.

  They made me such a delicious sandwich tonight. very generous with the ingredients. The employees are friendly too. occasionally people will loiter here, but otherwise it’s a nice place to stop
