I ordered online and and by the time I get there they don’t have any bread, was told to return the next day to get a refund, meaning I lost my rewards points for nothing. Lady at the counter ignores all the people coming in and only focuses on online orders, while everyone was trying to get her attention. By the time she diverts her attention to me, the first thing she says is I don’t know instead of trying to figure it out. I am usually understanding when it comes to food service workers, but this experience was extremely terrible.
