- CUChris UnitApr 4, 20171.0Worst customer service experience to date. Went here on my lunch break to eat and asked to use the washroom 1> cause I really needed to go and 2> to wash my hands. I was given a mean face by that guy in the store and he told me "Buy 1st"....Im like ..excuse me??? This guy barely spoke the English language but yet he was there making a big fuss.. I left and went to the CVS Pharmacy nearby where I was allowed to use the washroom. Still wanting my Sandwich ...I went back to order.... when I went in the girl at the register tried to change the story saying "the bathroom isn't working for real" smiling her dam teeth off and the guy butts into the conversation and says "no buy no washroom". Really pissed I told him to stfu...and while he was servicing another customer he threw into a fit and started cussing and and using profanity....unprofessional, rude and needs to be fired. This subway sucks..i took the liberty of recording the whole interaction. Don't waste ur money on ppl with nasty attitudes like these. After I asked them both for a manager they said I should "go home ....I call police" 😂😂😂
