  Please please avoid this place at all costs!! Was in here with my cousin on 02/11/26...it started okay coming in until the one lady customer in line started having difficulty with the worker and her order, he sounded confused and started dragging. So i stepped away to use their washroom since i had time and that's when things got worse! The bathroom was so disgustingly dirty and on top of that there were signs that asked to NOT flush the toilet paper... i go to wash my hands and there was no hand soap at all. I was so frustrated and already disgusted I immediately went to ask for hand soap. Mind you there are signs everywhere asking employees to make sure and wash with soap after each use of said facility... I go straight to working employee, who is still working on the one sandwich with same customer and asked for hand soap along with how bad the bathroom is. He looks confused the whole time and keeps brushing me off several times i feel because I repeated myself several times...at some point he says no?? Tells me to calm down?? No pep in his step looks up and tells some other employee and that's it. Mind you I'm standing there freaked out about the no soap and my hands in the air because I didn't want to touch anything, anyone, felt disgusted.. other said employee pops up doesn't seem to even know where he is!! He says nothing and gloves up and is prepared to take the next order which is us and no hand soap. No one ever came out to refill or even pretend. First employee I told just continues his long journey with the one customer lady. Me and cousin left immediately. I do not know how long or even if the pump ever had soap. So, gross bathroom, no toilet paper in toilet and no hand soap. On top of crappy customer service!! DO NOT EAT HERE THEY DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS SINCE THERE IS NO HAND SOAP OF ANY KIND IN THE ONLY BATHROOM!!

  It’s so frustrating coming to this subway, dude is literally ALWAYS on his phone, doesn’t acknowledge you when you come in, took him like 10 minutes to even attend me bc he is on his phone. Doesn’t hear how you want your sandwich because he has his headphones in so he doesn’t get your order correct. Wanted to try to use to the rewards program and guess what? He skips that part in the checkout so I can’t even get anything towards my rewards program. Staff needs to be retrained and just has to do better.

  Creo estoy apunto de dejar de ir a este lugar, siempre ordeno con anticipación y llego y mi pedido ni lo han empezado a hacer. Y eso no es todo un día tuvieron las brillante idea de cerrar el restaurant a las 7pm , yo ordeno mi sandwich a las 7:15 la aplicación dijo que estaría listo 7:45 y bummm llegó y cerrado checo y horario y supuestamente cierra 8:30. Mal muy mal servicio
