  They made my sandwiches wrong the younger guy offered to remake them but the older guy refused to let me have my sandwiches remade. All I wanted was my sauces on the side & they put it on so I simply asked for them to be remade. Won’t be back.

  The customer service in this place it horrible. The woman has a really bad attitude. I went there and asked for the bathroom key so I can wash my hands before eating. The key is attached to a nasty string connected to a cut off half gallon of milk the bathroom looks ok but there is no heat or hot water. While I was in there the woman was loudly screaming at the older guy I don't understand their language but it was really loud. I'll never come here again.. lastly... Don't expect to get enough of the order one of the specials. They skimp on everything.

  This service is unbelievably shitty, there were two middle eastern people behind the corner that were giving me and my friend stares as if we did something wrong trying to order our subway. When we asked for the bathroom the girl looked at us in disgust as if it’s wrong to use it as customers. They made us pay before we ordered too and we came in organized and collected. I think because we are black they treated us as if we were about to steal something from them and cause chaos but all we wanted is to enjoy our food. I’ve never witnessed this type of subway encounter in all my years of life and the manager of this place has to do something about this immediately before other customers get treated in this fashion. Other than that the food tasted great but that’s expected from subway but the people need to get dealt with.

  Very poor customer service. I walked in here for lunch with my coworkers. I saw the older mid Eastern man behind the counter angrily eyeball people that walked in to sit. I saw the same man ask 1 customer to move so that other customers could sit, despite there being plenty of open seating. I saw the older employee challenge someone for a free cookie. On the app, you get a cookie for your birthday. The employee demanded to see the ID for the cookie. The older man working here is incredibly petty. I witnessed him walk into the restroom after customers. Then I saw the older employee tell a customer they grabbed too much ice for their drink. It's a nicely remodeled Subway, but the customer service makes this a no-go for me. This is the last time I walk in there with my coworkers for lunch. This subway location has very unfriendly, unwelcoming employees. If you don't want to deal with the public or clean up after the public, don't work in a restaurant. Lastly, this restaurant keeps its restroom under lock and key. You have to grab a key that's tied to a filthy strap to unlock the restroom. It is very disgusting. Restaurants that lock their restroom do not want you in there.
