  The customer service was great! There was a lady there taking care of us that was so attentive to us and others throughout our entire time there.

  The service here is fantastic! The manager, Rosie, is so vibrant and full of personality. She cares about her staff, the quality of product she’s serving, the cleanliness and most importantly her customers.

  I had such a great experience here! 🤩 From the moment I walked in, everything felt on point the food, the service, and the overall atmosphere. After placing our order, we didn’t have to wait long at all before our food arrived ⏱️🍔. The burgers were absolutely delicious, juicy, and full of flavor, and the fries were cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside and just right on the inside 🍟👌 A special shoutout to Genisis at the register, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and made the whole visit even better 🙌😊. It’s always nice when great food is matched with such friendly service. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m craving a really good burger! 🔥

  I've never tried smash burger and quite frankly never will again, there was zero flavor, everything was soggy, paid 30 bucks for two single patty tasteless burgers with a strawberry shake and tots. The only thing that was good out of the whole thing was the tots. Honestly I think both McDonalds and BK have better tasting burgers for more than half the price, I will never be back! SO I WROTE THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE. ABOUT MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THE RESTAURANT AND THEY HAD IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED, WHICH WAS LIKELY JUST AN AOTO RESPONSE THAT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO GET BACK WITH ME WITH A 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS AND TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE FOR ME. THIS WAS ON SUNDAY WELL TODAY IS FRIDAY. I’VE HEARD NO RESPONSE SO IT SEEMS THEY DON’T SEEM TO CARE MUCH ABOUT THE PUBLIC PERCEPTION OF THEIR RESTAURANTS. THEY’RE JUST A STOCK COMPANY WELL THAT PRETTY MUCH PROVES MY POINT.

  The manager by the name of Jerry was very rude. When I first approached the register he walked away, then the assistant manager Jeff attempted to take my order when Jerry came back and then told him go get out of here and snatched the table number stands from his hands. As Jerry was taking my order I asked him which were the spicy fries he said we only have rosemary or regular. I said that's weird because I have ordered the spicy fries before. I asked are the rosemary fries spicy? He said can't you read they say rosemary. Then I changed my classic doubles for classic singles and he rolled his eyes at me and huffed and puffed. This isn't a way to treat his assistant manager, employees or customers. I was very upset at how he mistreated Jeff the assistant manager. It was very very disrespectful, humiliating, and unethical for Jeff to be treated in this manner.
