  I never leave reviews on places but I’m actually so irritated right now😒. I ordered earlier today and called just to let them know my order was wrong AGAIN (not the first time from this location). I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything, just trying to tell them what happened. Before I could even finish explaining, this sad excuse for an employee starts yelling at me telling me to finish my sentence… like um?? I was being nice the whole time because I literally work in food service too so I get that mistakes happen. I’ve even eaten the wrong stuff from this location before and didn’t say anything. This time my pizza was completely wrong and they didn’t give me any of my sides which obviously costs money.. Then this dude tried to blame Uber driver when the receipt literally had my correct order on it yet the food was just wrong… so that makes zero sense. I just don’t understand how people like that even have a job. Can’t get the food right, can’t get your attitude right, prolly can’t get any 🐱 either. P.S. Will never be ordering from this trifling location again. Change your staff. Xoxo.

  I recently visited this Papa John's and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The employees on shift were extremely rude and came across as disgruntled and unprofessional. Customer service was clearly not a priority, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. What concerned me even more was seeing an employee preparing pizza while handling raw dough very roughly and without gloves. As a customer, that raised serious hygiene concerns for me and made me uncomfortable about the food preparation standards. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the customer service issues and food handling practices. A better attitude and attention to cleanliness would make a huge difference. Please go to the dominos on division instead
