The people working there think they are doing a favor to the people, they are short staff to my point of view since they are in a hospital and they get pretty busy. They need to do something about it, I love Panera but this location is horrible 30 min wait for food is insane!

They don't even try to read the order. Also, maybe it is just me but I like a toasted bagel not a black charred bagel if I do want it to be toasted.
