Okay this review is purely based on bar menu from a non alcoholic person. Price is moderately based on downtown Chicago price. It can be downright steal if can score the happy hour, before 6, price. Sliders, soup, smash burger was good, nothing to die for. Onion rings felt like bought from restaurant depot. I could not touch any steak as they were all over 50 or 150 bucks. I would not bring my children but okay with working group. Overall average place. Only complement is the service. Excellent.

If I could give a zero for service I would. Our server was too busy talking to another server behind the bar. Had to go to the bar to order my drink. They didn’t ask how we wanted our steaks done and brought them well done when we wanted them medium.
We went as a group in three tables and asked to have each table on a separate bill. They put it all on one bill and when we asked for it to be separated he gave us attitude and was swearing under his breath. He charged us all for 9os wine when we ordered 6oz. As we were leaving he said loudly, “They are the worst customers ever.” The food is not so good that it is worth the bad service. Strongly recommend picking a different place to eat.

We dined late, 8:45pm, which I think added to the quietness of the evening. I had a half order of the lobster ravioli and it was one of the best I've had. My friend ordered prime rib. He genuinely loved his and even took what he didn't eat back to the hotel.

So I did a steakhouse for a seafood dinner because I don’t eat red meat during Lent and Morton’s did not disappoint in the least. We ordered not one but two of their famous Egg & Onion loaves, served with whipped butter—one to go because this bread is just that good! (You can also enjoy it with one of their “Butter Enhancements,” but none is required to make this bread absolutely delicious).
As an appetizer we shared the Lobster & Crab Cocktail, comprised of lobster and jumbo lump crabmeat, Calabrian chile relish, lemon-basil aioli, romaine, Calabrian chile oil, and basil.
We split the entrees to share these delectable dishes: 1) “Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes Entree”—two 4 oz. crab cakes, whole grain mustard Beurre Blanc, arugula, shaved red onions, and Grana Padano; and, 2) “Cold Water Lobster Tail” — (actually there were TWO lobster tails with the order) 8 oz. Lobster tails served with drawn butter and lemon. We also ordered the creamed spinach although both entrees had sufficient greenery to make your doctors approve the indulgence (LOL)!
This was an absolute home run meal creatively designed and perfectly executed.

First time here. Group of 25 for a work event, so YMMV. I don’t go to places like this ever, so it was a rare treat. The steak was 5/5, but that should be the bar for an expensive steakhouse, so I’m not impressed. The caesar salad was very weak; thin and underwhelming. Drinks, starters, and desserts were solid but nothing standout. Decor and vibe felt outdated and for old folks. Service was very good. If you just want a good steak, go here. If you want actually well rounded dishes and modern feel, go elsewhere. Most of my group agreed. One person said it used to be much better.
