  Went there today on my walk and place was empty with one employee working on the side. When I entered, I did not get a greeting or a “I’ll be right with you”. The employee just kept working for a minute or two while I kept looking around waiting. When she finally came, no smile, nothing. I ordered a hot matcha latte with almond milk that cost me $8. For that price I was expecting it to be amazing but it was completely burnt. I took one sip and walked to the trash can outside to throw it out. I didn’t bother going back in to ask for another one to be made because she did not seem to be in the mood.

  It's a very nice spot near Millennium Park for a quick coffee break. The coffee is delicious and well made, and the location is very convenient when exploring downtown Chicago. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly. A perfect place to stop for a quality cup of coffee while walking around the park.

  This is a nice and convenient spot to grab a snack while ice skating. The hot chocolate hit the spot. My only complaint is I feel they have space for a couple of tables in there so folks can escape the cold.

  when I grab the coffee cup, it spilled instantaneously on my hands. The coffee cup was simply soft as soon as you gently squeeze it it deforms., that’s why coffee got spilled. Secondly, when you go to places other than Starbucks, you usually expect better coffee than Starbucks. But this one was like water.
