They are rude, the service sucks, they take forever and a day to still mess up the order and they never fulfill an Uber Eats order correctly!!!! But they want more pay! Focus on bettering your customer service to earn that pay because as of now they don’t deserve it.

It feels like no one even bothered to read my order properly. Instead of the sauces I asked for, I got 4 barbecue sauces (which I really don’t like 🤢) instead of hot mustard and sweet & sour. That alone already ruined a big part of my meal. It didn’t stop there… I only received 2 cookies instead of 3 🍪, and my drink was completely wrong — I ordered a mocha frappe but got an Oreo one instead 🥤. On top of that, the nuggets tasted old and not fresh at all 😞 Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. Everything felt careless and rushed. Definitely not ordering from here again, and I’ll be warning others too 🚫👎
