  I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s. After placing my order, I had to wait at least 30 minutes just to get a small dessert. When I finally received it, it didn’t taste like the usual quality you expect from McDonald’s. The pickup process was even more frustrating. Orders were sitting ready on the rack, but there was no staff member responsible for handing them out. No one was around the counter to assist or even check if customers needed help. Overall, the service was poor and unorganized. You’re honestly better off going to another location, using the drive-thru, or skipping McDonald’s altogether.

  Absolutely horrible service. I went through the drive-thru and ordered just one apple pie, planning to use my points. I gave the employee my code at the speaker, then waited in line for over 15 minutes while the car in front of me—who didn’t even have a large order—was being served. When I finally got to the window, I was asked what I ordered again, and then asked for my code a second time. After already providing it, I was told it “wasn’t working,” even though my app showed that my points had already been redeemed. I tried using a different code, and the same thing happened. At that point, after wasting so much time, I ended up leaving without anything. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, and the employee was very rude and unhelpful. Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

  If I could leave a zero star, I would this is the second time I have ordered from them and each time I have had multiple items missing in each time I call nobody answers very unprofessional and very immature. I called over 10 times and nobody picked up. I’m very disappointed with the service I’ve had the past two times. I’ve been there each time. They have forgotten to give me my fries that I have ordered and this time they forgot my fries and the bun to my chicken sandwich, which is unbelievable so weird and so disappointing never am I ever going back here.
