  Started coming here lately ..i usually ask for extra onions for my burgers and onions on steak bagels always never put nothing but less.its hard to get in driving cause of traffic and here i go give em my money maybe just stop going here why?..see picture clesrly says extra onions plus it aint cheap knw a days im considering to stop going to mcdonalds this is what you get see pictures where the onions?! Next time ima go in and tell them and maybe be clarified by corporte whats considered normal and or extra onions on steak bagels and chese burger because im not greedy i need to be given what i paid im not seeking dree food or charity . We all need to get what we pay for and ask for or ill go elsewere.the drive thru people so nice and pleasent its just the specifics the cooks cant seem to do like they wanna save stock like they going to get a $50,000 bonus.dont get me atarted on fries.

  Wow. Worst micky dee's experience ever. Even with Chicago's $15/hr minimum wage, unfortunately i still don't believe these people are getting paid enough. Everytime I come through here my order is wrong, my mcflurry isn't mixed, just topped with oreos. Fries were cold, soft and had a funky taste that i can't quite place. If this is the intentional neglect of protocol and lack of effort that manifests publicly, I wonder what corners are cut regarding kitchen maintenance, cleanliness and general upkeep inside. Can only assume. Guy taking my order in the drive through had an inconsolable sadness/fatigue/rudeness in his voice and seemed bothered that I dared to ask for a 6 piece nugget meal. Wasn't a very pleasant feeling after an overall miserable day where I just wanted something to eat. Please check on that man. 3 stars for atmosphere because parking spots facing out towars Cicero have great view of incoming midway flights.

  What can I say it's McDonald's, it's always good the big breakfast with pancakes is my favorite thing to get from McDonald's. The lobby and bathrooms were well maintained.

  Horrible experience! Went through the drive thru around 6 p.m. on a Saturday. Surprisingly this wasn’t the issue, which is why I’m confused why the experience was horrible. But when I got to the second window for my food. The worker told me to go all the way around to the front entrance and wait for my food there. At the front entrance there was already three other cars waiting. They would bring out one order at a time, which I was confused why they couldn’t just do it at the window. But when I finally moved up directly in front of the door, expecting for my order to be next, they would bring out two orders for two different cars behind me. I probably waiting close to 10 mins in the front! And then when the nice lady came up to me asking what I ordered, I ended up giving her my receipt. Mind you I ordered a $6 McDouble meal with a small coffee. I received the small coffee that was cold, and my McDouble meal incomplete. They forgot to put small fries and the 4pc nuggets, and the McDouble came with only one patty, falling out the wrapper into the bag, I literally had to put it together! When I got home I noticed I was missing these items and tried calling and the location never picked up! Horrible experience.
