  Have faith small fries if you can make it through the struggle you can make it through anything wise words from mami watch out for snakes in the grass rip papazzz No one has to see your pain and you don’t have to show how loud your pain is as long as you have faith and be motivated my papa used to flip burgers and put the fries in the grease easy money with a 9 to 5 and other avenues with online retail and stuff be strong hasta lavista struggling and pain

  Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the service here 😒. It feels like the staff just don’t pay enough attention to properly preparing the food, especially when it comes to warming up items before serving. Every time I order apple or strawberry pies 🍎🍓, they come out cold, which completely ruins the experience. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve mentioned this issue multiple times, but nothing ever seems to change 😤. It gives the impression that customer feedback isn’t taken seriously at all. I really hope they start paying more attention to these details, because it makes a big difference in overall quality and satisfaction.

  Very disappointed with this McDonald's location. I ordered a large coffee but got a medium. When I asked them to fix it, they refused, so I left the coffee there. I still have not received my money back. Poor customer service and no accountability.

  Was just in here after landing from a flight from O’Hare, they REFUSED TO LET ME USE THE RESTROOM AS A PAYING CUSTOMER! Came in about 7:20am ordered breakfast and they were cleaning the men’s bathroom as I came in… I ordered food and ate, 20 minutes goes by I ask behind the counter when the bathroom will be opened and they said soon. I walk over and wait for the restroom and an employee that I later found out was named Maria came out of the men’s stall, I asked her if I could use the bathroom it would only take a minute and she made a clicking noise with her mouth and yelled “NO” at me, she then looked at me with a face like I just seriously wronged her. I stand there patiently while 4-5 female employees come and go freely from the woman’s room, Maria then proceeds to wipe down the door frames directly in front of me and starts to clean every square inch of the wall, at this point she was clearly just intentionally not letting me use the rest room, I still patiently wait with my bladder about to explode… keep in mind I had been holding it since before baggage check and getting my enterprise rental car from ORD, I stood there for a full 20mins holding on to hope and keep in mind this is around 40 minutes in store at this point and this woman hasn’t even finished the men’s room, a very kind older employee asked the one cleaning the bathroom how much longer would it take to finish before it was open, I don’t speak Spanish but this was my understanding when she asked Maria, she then translated to me in English that “it would be minimum another 20 minutes” from what the one cleaning told her this is also when I found out her name, at this point is was clear that for whatever reason she was just intentionally not letting me use the bathroom because at this point she was rewiping walls she had already cleaned with the same rag that she didn’t even bother to refreshen in the bucket, as a paying customer I have never been so disrespected in an establishment in my life and made to feel like a dog, I left and had to find a gas station to relieve myself at that point. I have called corporate and I made a formal complaint, I also made sure that it was part of the report that I don’t want free food, and I’m not looking for anything to be given to me over this incident I only want to file a formal complaint and to have the employee punished, this was so crazy… if you are thinking about eating here I would not suggest it, this was a horrible experience!

  I stopped by on Valentine’s Day ❤️ hoping to grab a quick bite before heading home, but the experience was really disappointing 😕. One of the “burgers” I got wasn’t even a proper burger—it was basically just two pieces of bread with a slice of cheese and a bit of sauce 🍞🧀… no real filling at all. It honestly felt careless and rushed. I understand places can get busy, especially on holidays, but that shouldn’t mean the food quality drops this much 📉. Customers still expect to get what they paid for. Unfortunately, this was a pretty frustrating way to end my evening 😤. Definitely not the kind of service or quality I was hoping for.
