  Shame on the proprietary for not allocating the proper amount of qualified employees to work during busy hours. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order and it was NOT because of the employees working. The team was a fast and organized machine, it just needed at least 2 more staff members at 5pm. Store is also exceptionally clean for what it's worth.

  Top 1 MDs in the area. Fries are 99.99% always hot as well as hash browns. Keep up the good work, and if you ever get too busy that you cannot cook new fries, just toss them in the oil to reheat them for 10 seconds. remember hot reheated fries are better than cold sad fries, i can just make those at home. PS do work on your chicken nugget game though. make it hot

  I ordered the Huntrix meal from the 5614 N Clark St Chicago location and received no photocards in my meal box. What’s the point of ordering a special meal if you can’t include the special items, or at least inform people when you’re out of them? What a joke lol
